HCI has been working with SNWA since 2003. Previously, HCI played a supportive role adapting general market campaigns for the Hispanic market, as well as creating some unique community and cultural initiatives and events for the Hispanic market. Since 2016, HCI has also been creating some independent Spanish specific initiatives for social media. HCI has been tasked with creating Hispanic specific communications to engage with the local community and not only educate them on water conservation, but to create an emotional bond and connection.
